When I purchased my home this company wasn’t professional.. they withheld offers that were being made, as the seller later told me he was never given my first offer. They tried to make me sign an Agreement that I as a buyer and on a VA loan, would be responsible for all repairs needed. I would not recommend this company on buying or selling a house.

In responding to your reply. I am very aware you represented the seller. The information I provide isn’t false in that the seller told me directly that he wasn’t given but the one offer. As for the the seller’s credit, we didn’t use the full 10k and had the first offer been taken to the seller initially, we would have never asked for a 10k seller’s credit… so therefore my post has no inaccuracies and will remain.

Worst experience I’ve had with a realtor. We were the buyers and he started off when my sister toured the home by trying to tell me and my wife we couldn’t have our own realtor representation. He said that since my sister toured and FaceTimed me during it we had to use his staff person that escorted my sister through the tour who wasn’t licensed at the time. He made our realtor get a signed request from us turned in to him. Then before closing, he refused to let us view the home again when we won the bid. The home was being purchased as-is unfinished in construction and we wanted to inventory the building material that was left from the seller’s listed as sold with the home and also plan our construction efforts. THEN, he changed the commission split on the contract between his realty firm and my realtors firm AFTER I signed the contract but before it was sent to my realtor. The contract software records all signatures and changes showing the date and time of each. Our realtor had to request a correction and threaten formal complaint. As if that wasn’t enough, they didn’t disclose a right-of-way that ran through the entire property. I’ve never seen a more unethical, greedy behavior in a realtor in my life, and I’ve worked with hundreds. I’m sure it’s happened to others who let it pass because they don’t realize the coercion is wrong. That level of unprofessionalism gives realtors a bad name. Sad.
