Juan was a great realtor to work with. He was always available to look at houses, no matter how long of a list I gave him.He never pushed us , he had a lot of patience.
He was also very professional, easy to be around. He never seemed to get rattle about anything , he had a great attitude at all times. No matter how busy he was, he always returned my calls within 10 minutes!!! Now that was impressive!!!!
He made all the paperwork seem easy. I highly recommend Juan, best experience I have had with a realtor. We now have a beautiful house, thanks to Juan.

Juan was great. He proved to be knowledgeable and professional. He represented both me and the seller. I felt he kept me informed of each step of the way including making sure I understood what forms I was signing and what the timeline looked like, etc. Always touching base with me to make sure each step had been taken care of before moving forward. He would be my first choice should I need an agent in the future. I highly recommend Juan. A job well done.

Juan is an amazing real estate agent. We looked for approximately one year before we finally decided on the perfect fit for us. Juan was with us every step of the way. Weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, day and night, Juan was always there for us. Juan also has an unbelievable familiarity with the Central Coast and its many cities and neighborhoods, so he was able to steer us in the right direction with respect to meeting our needs.
