This company was absolutely horrible to us. They collected their money from us, they waisted about a year or so of our time, and they got absolutely nothing accomplished. They are shady. I would never refer them to anyone ...especially someone trying to rebuild after a wildfire. They're taking advantage of people who are already traumatized and dealing with grief. Don't hire Homebound.

More than 1,000 homes burned in the Marshall Fire. I was the 13th homeowner to move back into my home in Louisville, CO. Homebound's ability to get me back home so quickly and into such a great house was awesome. I definitely picked the best home builder.

Was a great experience with Homebound. The entire team was responsive and professional. Having a home burn down was a traumatic, complicated experience and having their expertise to help guide us through it helped tremendously!

Building a custom home is a time consuming and sometime stressful project, but the results are well worth it. I know, I had a custom home built in 1981. The lesson I learned was you need a team of trusted individuals to guide you through the process.

I feel fortunate to of found HomeBound for my current rebuild project. It's HomeBound's staff (people), their knowledge, home building background and commitment to building a quality home, that convinced me to go with them. HomeBound's project contact person (concierge) has always been available to answer questions or relay issues to other members on the team. The interior design team has been indispensable in helping me select flooring, counter tops, fixtures, and so many other item it makes my head spin. The Area Manager/Site Supervisor has gone out of his way to keep me informed. It's clear to me that he's committed to the build schedule and actively coordinates and reviews the work of subcontractors on the project. HomeBound also has an on-line application that I find very informative. It contains project specifications, an updated build schedule, material selections, site progress pictures and a project team messaging feature.

If you're looking for a home builder, I have no reservation in suggesting you meet with HomeBound. Should you decide to go with them, I hope you have the same positive experience I'm currently having.
