Cheryl at Homefinders Plus was a joy to work with. She was the first smiling face my husband and I saw upon getting to West Virginia, and her warmth, expertise, and prompt action made homebuying a smooth experience. Selling your family home of 50 years is not easy, but Fran went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible. She quickly responded to our many texts and phone calls, even late into the evening. If there was a problem, Fran had a recommendation for someone who could solve it. If we were feeling anxious or stressed, her calm demeanor soothed our minds. Now that we have closed, we miss talking with her. We couldn’t have done this without her. She’s the best!

I don’t have enough nice things to say about this place. Hubie is one of a kind, a fantastic human being. Kind, patient, flexible, communicative, knowledgeable. From the start he acted like a dad in our first time home buying experience. Not alot of realtors would tell you it to buy a house but he has a good conscience and told us what places were well to do and what places weren’t. Very trustworthy and through this process he became like family. Ask for Hubie and you won’t be disappointed!
