Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have contacted this company numerous times In January 2025 regarding two HOA payments made to the previous management company before my association switched to them. Despite providing proof—including payment statements, a ledger from the last company, and bank payment records—they have completely ignored me.

Cheryl Franklin was of no help, and Jennifer Bouchard, the accountant, can’t even pick up her calls or return my voicemails. They do not return calls. They do not respond to emails. They have failed to acknowledge my November and December 2024 payments, leaving me in limbo while they mishandle my account.

This company is completely unprofessional and incompetent. If you’re considering working with them, think twice! They are quick to demand payments but refuse to address their own errors.

I would give a zero rating on this trashy service. Have been getting citations and parking violations. The HOA have been ignoring the issue and I may have to pay a big fine because of their incompetence and inconvenience. Horrible.

I will give ZERO if I can.
That is the worst HOA I have never seen before.
They never replied your emails, or answered the call after leaving them thousands of messages.
Alan Berger just left you the email address, but never replied the email or give you any contact number.
Brian didn't help at all either, just said he can't handle the situation I have.
Lisa apHugh always out of office and sent the automatic reply but no further notice later.
If there is something processing for our cases, they can reply" wait until further notice" or "your case is processing ", etc. but they didn't even send anything back.
If can, don't use this HOA, and just look for attorney or county office for help better than waiting until they reply.

In my line of work (title and escrow), we have to deal with many, many HOA Management companies on a daily basis. Luckily, most that we have been dealing with lately have been pretty good, minus a few exceptions. Our experience with Homeowners Association Services, is one of the best and they are very professional and so easy to work with and get us what we need in a friendly and timely manner ~ always! That leads me to believe, they must be professional with all, whom they come in contact with and if I lived somewhere that had HOA, I would be happy to have them on board. I would give this company a zero if possible. I’ve had an ongoing water leak that has been ingnored for over two years while the HOA manger, Dave Dawson, has repeatedly given and taken away hope of the issue being resolved.

They are incompetent and rude. They did not accept responsibility for items clearly related to Hoa. Instead, had us owners going around in circles for 3 weeks until it was determined they missed paying a utility bill.
