Absolutely incompetent! I have been trying to get them to take action regarding the two homes directly south of me for OVER A YEAR!!! One, has been made into a "sobriety house" and the other is an "assisted living" home. The CC&Rs for our association clearly state the homes are to be single family dwellings. Valerie Rongey, President of Homeowners Association Services, Inc leaves a LOT to be desired when it comes to enforcing the CC&Rs and receiving the services I am charged for. The lack of response on the part of the Maintenance and On-Site Compliance Manager is also beyond frustrating. I am so tired of paying this company for services I don't even receive! I understand some violations are more complicated than others, and take more time to resolve, but these ones have continued literally for YEARS!!! If the situation requires HOA, Inc. to obtain a court order to enforce the CC&Rs, then that is the action I expect them to take. Not simply keep collecting my dues and allowing these violations to continue!
