Jorge takes pride in helping the client meet their goals, and he is easily accessible to answer questions or solve problems. In addition, his renovation team and property management company are excellent. One of our rental properties was renovated and rented a week after purchasing. I've worked with TJ Global on real estate deals as the seller in several transactions. Once the terms are agreed to, they've always come through and done exactly what was agreed upon. I prefer working with companies like theirs, because it takes some of the uncertainties out of the deals. When you sign a contract with them, it's as good as a done deal. Jorge, Jason, and Stephany are very professional and honest people which is sometimes tough to find in this industry. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a one-stop shop for real estate investing

Jorge and his team were great! I had been looking for a customer service oriented wholesaler for a long time and hit the jackpot with Jorge. I bought my first investment property with him in less than a month of meeting him. He was ready to show me several properties until I found one I liked, but I liked the first one he presented to me and I took it. Super easy. They move fast and run a tight ship. They have everything mapped out for you and will connect you with the right people regarding rehab, property mgt, insurance, etc. Once you are in this circle of investment professionals, investing is easy. I met Jorge, Jason and Stephany from TJ Global in January 2015. Jorge took the time to show me a few past projects and some available inventory. After meeting other companies in the area, I knew he (and his team) was the “real deal” – trustworthy, knowledgeable, and focused, and I chose to work with him. We have just completed our first deal - purchased, remodelled, property managed and rented in about 60 days - all long distance and without any headaches. Jorge’s system absolutely works. His team is friendly, helpful, responsible, diligent, goal-oriented and competent and there were instances where they went above and beyond. Communication from Jorge’s team was efficient and regular. I cannot say enough about the incredibly-positive experience we had working with TJ Global and the Property Manager he recommended. The bottom line is that they delivered what they said they would, in the time they estimated, and made it completely easy for us. The icing on the cake is the substantial cash flow the house is now producing.
