We have listed and sold two homes with Eileen. The first listing was in 2019 when it was a seller’s market. However, it soon became clear that Eileen leaves nothing to chance and aggressively marketed the property with open houses and distributions of flyers. The offers came quickly. Eileen evaluated each offer and presented them to us with well thought out pros and cons for each. A successful sale and close soon followed.

Fast forward to late 2022. We list our home purchased in 2019 with Eileen. Different market now; economy is uncertain and interest rates are on the rise. Eileen advises it may take 90 days to sell, but she is undeterred and again starts a thorough and aggressive marketing plan with numerous open house weekends. A quality offer was received and accepted almost 90 days to the day.

Eileen is the consummate professional. She is always on top of market conditions and adapts her marketing strategies accordingly. She is a joy to work with and always puts her clients first. Even after the sale she was there to help with any post-closing issues such as arranging for removal of unwanted property from the homes.

In summary, we would not even consider another realtor…it’s hard to improve on perfection!
