Two months ago I bought a house that Deanna had listed, I can say that my experience with her was anything but pleasant. She is hard to reach or empathize with. She does not care about her customer's needs or expectations.
I bought a brand-new 375k house and when we moved in a few days before closing, I found out several repairs needed in the house, when we asked her about them her answer was that if I was going to get so picky she will put the house back on the market.
The only reason I decided to proceed with closing was that at that time we didn't have another place to stay, If my circumstances had been different I would not have bought a house from this realtor as she did not deserve a penny of the commission for the sale. You should be shameful for the way you represent the builder and the way you treat buyers.
If you choose to be a real estate agent you should improve your knowledge of the properties you sell, it was so disappointing that for every question I had you didn't have an answer or answered wrong, also improve your people and customer service skills so you can deliver a better experience to the people that give you the opportunity to do business with them.
