This is probably the worst experience I've ever had in a rental. We are in a very expensive property in a great neighborhood. But the rental company is very difficult to work with. It's almost impossible to reach anyone locally. Many repairs take over 3 months. I was without a dishwasher for 3 months. We had the mainline break on 2/1, and it's 5/8 and I have a laundry list of repairs that are still not done. They close maintenance requests without any notice whatsoever. For instance a landscaper has been "called" since March, and yet it's May 8th and I've yet to see them. Even though the tickets get closed with no explanation. I pay almost $4k a month in rent and there is no communication whatsoever from the company I have to hound them continuously. I still don't have a main floor bathroom that is usable. It's ridiculous. Stay very far away from this property management company.

stay far away from this company as a renter. They are slow with maintenance fixes, don't keep track of payments accurately and do not update their tenants accounts. I'm so glad to have left and gone to another reputable company to rent from.
