Broker and agent's are scam artists. They should call themselves professional ALTERATION Realty.
Many details in my home buying were altered. I was promised appliances, fixes, and someone was going to show up to do the job. I sent a thank you email which was misused to claim that work was done and I was asked why am I changing my mind

I praise my masseuse to keep her motivated, she doesn't end the session and leave.

This Broker misconstrued my email to involve PD. Reported me as Bipolar. Sent me legal notice to remove my reviews! I was asked me to sign contingency release, Final inspection in exchange of $$ which she anyway owed me for missing appliances.

After planning for two years to purchase a home, when the time came to begin the process I felt more than prepared. Being a first time home buyer, I quickly realized that my years and months of preparation did little to lessen the anxiety of making the biggest investment of my life! On the surface, buying a home is a legal business transaction however it is also an extremely personal and emotional process.

Marie and her team represented me from start to finish. I have never had more respect for the work realtors do, and the breadth of knowledge they must have to do their work. Not only do they need to comprehensively understand minute details of the business and legal transaction, but they must also possess sophisticated interpersonal communication skills to effectively deal with the emotional and personal aspect of the buyer or seller.

As a business owner, I negotiate deals almost daily. I appreciate brevity and directness. I also rely on my team of professionals who may have more knowledge or expertise regarding issues about which I may be unfamiliar. "Teamwork makes the dream work," as they say.

At any point during my home buying process, I knew I could shoot off an email to Marie or a phone call, and have my answer addressed succinctly and directly, often within minutes. When moments occurred that were more emotional or where I knew my frustrations were getting the better of me, Marie still didn't hesitate to take my calls or respond, even when she knew a couple of four letter words might be thrown in.

When you buy a car or any other major purchase, the salesperson knows few things about you personally. Their knowledge is limited to your favorite color and maybe what you can afford. A realtor however learns and knows very intimate details of your life. They may know down to the penny how much money is in your bank account, which side of the bed you like to sleep on, what time you wake up in the morning, if you like entertaining friends, enjoy traveling, or plan on having children. In order to properly represent you in your "legal / business transaction" of buying the perfect home, they must know these things. Therefore your realtor not only has to convey professionalism and expertise, but also compassion and trustworthiness. It is definitely a unique skill set of which I was not aware, until I was involved in the process myself.

I am grateful to Marie and her team for holding my hand through this process from start to finish. You're only a FIRST TIME home buyer once in your life and I can honestly say I'm not sure that anyone else but Marie and her team could have done a better job at representing me and helping me achieve my goal of buying a home.

Unethical and unprofessional, Andy Lai and his agent James assaulted me verbally during a home showing then continued to assault me via text after this showing. They proceeded to contact me on Zillow and assault me when I blocked their numbers on my cell phone. Do not work with this agency they are shady and make you feel so uncomfortable during and after showings.
