Response to Defamatory Statement

I would like to address the false claims made by Sophia Moore regarding my professional conduct. I have been a licensed realtor, committed to ethical practices and client satisfaction. The assertions made about my character and conduct are completely unfounded.

For context, two years ago, I worked as a Section 8 property manager at a low-income apartment complex. During that time, I was dedicated to preventing evictions and supporting residents with housing vouchers and referrals. My current real estate career is entirely separate from that role, and I maintain a strong commitment to professionalism and integrity.

I have never engaged with Sophia Moore regarding any speculation or issues she has raised, and her comments appear to be an attempt to damage my reputation without basis. I take these matters seriously and will pursue appropriate action to protect my name and career.

Realtor John Ruiz has been AMAZING. He showed us multiple homes at short notice, responded to texts/calls on vacation. He connected us to Omar, an extremely helpful loan officer. John negotiated in person and got us everything we wanted when buying our new house. Additionally, he has given us a lot of advice and connected us to property management so we could rent our first house. I cannot recommend John enough. He is highly knowledgeable, has many connections, and knows a lot about all areas of Sacramento.

Beware of the realtor Katrina Mitchell. Please think twice about going through this individual to purchase a home. She’s a liar, is very shady, unprofessional, immoral & practices poor ethics. Your personal identity & information will be highly compromised & will not be safe with this lady. I truly don’t understand how she’s been in business this long. I wouldn’t purchase a cardboard box from this Woman. I’m sure this may be a great realtor company however, They have an unpleasant person working for them. Be careful.
