I have lived at Buccaneer Court for a little over a yr. I love it. Maintenance is very prompt about coming if a work order is called in or emailed in. Love that pest control is included. Also love that my apt is right near the pool which perfect for residents that have children or family of small children come visit. This will be my second winter and i am impressed at how warm the apts have stayed during the winter and cool during the summer. Also glad that they do make sure the parking lots roads and stairways walkways are cleaned during the weather

OVERPRICED like any other apartment complex around. I have been with them for a few years. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU is about the $600-$900 yearly rent increases upon all renewals. Every year your rent will increase. If there is an upgrade to the complex for the year you can guarantee the rent will increase as much as they are able to.

Moving in was easy and the apartment was clean when we got there! Billing is an easy process and the location is great for us. Sometimes maintenance takes a little push to get done!
