Scott and Amy Elert and their entire team are top notch. I’m not a big fan of realtors and I cringed having to reach out to a few for interviews when we wanted to sell our house. When we met Scott and he walked us through the process, it was a no-brainer to go with him. He was a rock star from day one and sold our house in four days for more than we were asking! Even after he sold the house, he was still completely on the ball and replied to any questions or concerns we had super fast. We couldn’t be happier. The Elert team is our realtor for life. Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding!!! I just recently sold a cabin with Scott Elert and he and his staff could not have been any better. Scott was professional, positive, knowledgeable and honest. Scott always had always had an answer to my questions and could come up with solutions to any problems. My property was unique (hard) to sell, but he stayed on it and I knew he would give me the shirt off his back. His work was amazing. We recently moved back to Wisconsin from Arizona and had a short amount of time to find a property within our budget and a few must haves. Our options were limited in the areas we were looking at but the one property we had our eye on was available and we needed to act fast. We contacted Jay Boyd (the realtor) who was on the sign as we were driving past the house we were interested in. Jay took our call right away and answered any questions we had. He also made time to be available later that day to show us the land/house. We literally only had one day to accomplish looking at houses as we were only in town for the weekend. He was super kind, funny and very informative for the area, the house, the land, who lived there prior, what neighbors we have, etc, etc and we were instantly sold on wanting to have this house/land be ours. We knew we would be in excellent hands from start to finish for the process and were even more excited to move home. Even though Jay Boyd was representing the Seller and us as the Buyer, we never once felt pressured or that we were less important. He took care of us as if we were his only client and that was extra appreciated. We put offer in on the house and a little over a month later it was ours. We love where we live now and we have so many plans for our future here. Thank you so much Jay for being amazing and making our transition and experience moving back here memorable. Both Scott and Craig went way out of their way to show us several properties until we found a beautiful lot to build our dream home. Craig was extremely helpful in our search for a home. We are moving from out of state and Craig was happy to go scope out houses before we were able to look at them. He is very knowledgeable about home upkeep and what to look for to know a home is in good shape. Once we did find the right home, he went above and beyond to make sure inspections and negotiations went smoothly. We will definitely seek Craig out if we ever have any real estate needs.
