Honda Carland gave the best service. They helped the process of looking for a car priceless. Everyone from the salesperson to the delivery person was great and very friendly. I would definitely recommend going to them. They showed me one color, and when I asked for a different color, they didn't hesitate to see if they had it in stock. I was impressed. The gentleman that delivered it even had a bow on it. I was speechless . Thank you for the great customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!
We brought our company’s Pilot in today for a simple oil change. It was returned to us with a crack stretching halfway across the windshield that was not there before, which can be verified by 3 of our employees as well as the dealership’s own check in photos and checklist on the iPad. When we took it back, the service advisor lied through his teeth and said it was broken when it came in, despite having no evidence. Instead of making it right, we are forced to fix it on our own business’s dime.

This interaction has made sure that Honda Carland has lost the business of our company and all of its employees. Instead of us buying a brand new Pilot or Prologue next month, we’ll be headed to another dealership for our needs.

If you want your car returned in the same shape you dropped it off in, I advise you to go to one of the MANY other nearby Honda dealers for your maintenance needs. This service department is careless and dishonest and is not worth giving your money or your vehicle to.

Overall great buying experience. Fulton was our salesperson and did a great job. He told us up front the fees involved buying a vehicle there. The doc fee is $899, tag and title around $350 and they require you to but their protection plan which is $1395. This plan includes window tint, splash shields and a few other things including the lifetime powertrain warranty. Most dealers have a protection plan fee included on their vehicles…its how they make additional revenue and pay for the powertrain warranty.That is why I choose them for the powertrain warranty. We bought a 25’ Ridgeline white with brown interior. It is harder to find brown tan or grey interiors with any automaker. They did come off the msrp and we had the service department install the cover on the bed. Very happy with the Ridgeline so far-time will tell-the online reviews give it high praises. I really like the interior room and to me its only slightly smaller that a full size pickup.

Great dealership. Worked with Jordan Fuller, who was great. Jordan listened and provided everything. He kept great communication throughout the process and made sure I knew everything. With me coming from Alabama to purchase, he also made sure I had everything prior to arrival. Once I arrived, the entire process was smooth and less than 1 1/2hr.

Used car sales reps have horrible communication. I called Honda Carland the day that a vehicle I was interested in purchasing was posted to the website on a Monday. They explained that the car wouldn't be ready to view until a Saturday. In the meantime, I kept reaching out to a sales rep to get more information, asked to get numbers, and asked for additional photos. Not only did I have to initiate every interaction, but I also explained that I was ready to purchase and was given reassurance that it would be ready on Saturday. Not once was there an option presented to me to place a deposit to hold the car, which was fine considering that the car wouldn't be ready until Saturday anyway. To my surprise, I get a TEXT from sales rep Chris on Thursday saying that the car sold and that the general sales manager pushed the sale despite the car "being on hold for me" because I did not put down a deposit.
I truly would not have an issue if this Honda Carland was transparent and explained that they already had a buyer or if they had put any effort at all into working with me to do the deal earlier in the week, as I could have done so! The entire deal screams miscommunication by the dealership - and they failed to provide me the courtesy of giving me a call to explain the miscommunication or attempt to make things right.
Considering this is my local dealership, and I have had my car serviced with this dealer multiple times, I really wanted to allow Honda Carland to make things right. Since then, I have tried reaching out to the dealership numerous times and am passed along to voicemail inboxes of sales managers who have never called back. The lack of communication and care to try to keep a loyal customer has been shocking. If this is how they treat customers, I am truly glad that I did not give them any more of my business!

Our salesman Modar Nasr went above & beyond for us! We really felt appreciated & heard. My husband & I had an easy & efficient experience with Modar & I will recommend him anytime someone brings up buying a Honda. He’s a very honest man & we appreciated his hard work.
