I have never been more impressed with customer service. I was visiting a family member when I happened to look at their inventory and saw they had the car I had been looking for! I had been waiting for the 2026 Passport to come out, and it had been extremely hard for me to get my hands on the trim level, exterior and interior I wanted- searching dealerships in my state and in states surrounding mine. In my opinion, if I am going to buy a car, it better be exactly what I want for the amount you pay. Courtney greeted me and was equally as excited as I was that they had the car I been searching for. The salesman at my local Honda dealer was nice, but didn't take initiative in locating my car and bringing it to me. Anyways, Courtney was eager to treat me right, helped me the add accessories I needed, discussed the turn-around time with the service department, and ensured me that it would be ready in the time frame I needed. When I called the service department for an update- I believe I spoke with John- he assured me that his team was going to have it ready by the morning if they needed to stay late, but that he wouldn't let it leave his department without making sure it was perfection. And it was. Courtney, John and every other individual at this dealership went above and beyond to get me my dream car ready to drive back home across the country within a couple days. Wow. Speechless. The only complaint is that a 14 hour commute to have them continue to service my car is just too much. Honda customers at this location are lucky to have such great care.

Went in for a transmission fluid change for my 2020 civic and left happily in a 2025 accord touring sport (my car was dirty as I have a 2 year old and wasn’t expecting to trade it in) and they still have me top dollar for it and didn’t mention the interior needing cleaned so if you need a car I can’t recommend a more efficient and friendly place Ken L took very good care of me and left nothing to be desired 10/10

Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. We had found the car we wanted but because of the influx of sales it was no longer available but Anthony found the same vehicle at a different dealership and managed to have it brought up that same day so that we could take delivery later on that day. This was by far the fastest and smoothest care buying experience I’ve ever had.

I recently did a deal with Abed. Amazing salesperson. He was extremely transparent and easy to talk with. Getting the deal done was very simple and laid out of front of me easy to understand. The rest of the crew there at Honda were exceptional as well. This isn’t your typical dealership experience. There was a certain level of comfort I had that I’ve never experienced buying a car elsewhere. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

I would like to recognize Rodney the service writer was very professional and helpful with getting my 24 civic serviced for my oil change, steering gearbox recall, and the issues I was having with the door lock diagnosed. He was very informative on what repairs were going to need to be made and explaining the issues they had found upon diagnosing. I had been reluctant to take my civic in for service after my last time taking my vehicle into another Honda dealer was very unpleasant I'm very pleased to say though that the service I had received from Kenosha Honda was excellent from the Service Writer Rodney and the quick service will definitely return for future service on my vehicle.

I do not recommend letting Ken help you. We took two vehicles for a test drive . The first one he had no knowledge on but instead would answer yes or no to my questions, which turned out to be the other way around. Upon test driving the vehicle i purchased, he stated that the TPMS light that was on would get fixed. After a quick clean up of the vehicle , i drove it off the lot with a still lit up TPMS light. A few days later i contacted the dealership and asked what we could do about the TPMS light that was said to be fixed. When talking to Ken , he tried telling me that he never said he would fix it , saying i was wrong . Ken is a great example of a car salesman I would never want to interact with again.
