Horicon police Department. Terrible I was harassed by the cops 👮 leaving a nursing home facility .The reason driving while black they put on a Mickey Mouse 🐭 show at 1am because I try to avoid the train 🚂 by doing a u-turn . They lousy cops 👮 threw the lights on pull me over . Yelling acting 🎭 wired asking all kinds of Mickey Mouse 🐭 questions. I fear 😧 for my life I dial 911 that was a joke as well.
