Horrible, They have painted and re-numbered the reserved spot at our community at our community and they pinted my spot but havent put any numbers, now i have to deal with this hassel everyday and call the tow company with no luck as there is no numbers in there.
I have called Verizon about 4 times and left them3 voicemail and haven't got any response back from them. unbelievable, why would I pay my HOA then. add to that, in the last snow, we got stuck for 4 days, we called them many many time and no one responded. we sent email with no luck. its the worst service ever. they need to pay us back our money.

This company does not do anything except take your money. They don't want to fix anything and then when you put in a request, they ignore it. When you go to the meetings, they lie. I'm thinking about selling my home.

Awful Awful awful experience, I recently bought a property in Northern Virginia, and had to deal with this company as our HOA management , first of all ,they are not at the location, anytime you call you have to tell which community you are calling for, second they are not pleasant and not helpful, they told me I cannot call them and I should email them, and anytime I email them, it takes a while to get respond back, they are rude and bossy, they do not understand we are the one paying them for service .I have another property which manage by Armstrong company , they are wonderful, well organized and responsive and very polite. Bottom line If it was me I would not choose this company at all.
