Not sure why HPI got a person to post a 1 star review with no explanation. However it's nice to see the owners response, that shows they care!

After trying 3 different real estate agents and different companies, we found Randy Ratto at an open house more than 4 years ago.(no joke, first impressions can make the difference)

Randy was nice, informative and not pushy. We talked with him for a while, then we asked for his card and our journey to buy a house began.
Randy went above and beyond showing us homes, making offers, unfortunately we got outbid several times over the years, still Randy never waivered from his professionalism, always had words of encouragement and support, knowing the right house would come one day.

After 4 years of driving all over northern California to look at dozens of homes, a house showed up, and it was another battle, but this time Randy and his staff at HPI, had already taken care of the loan and preapproval and guided us with the correct offer to have the sellers accept and we got the house! Turned out our offer was at the correct appraised value for the house!

There is nobody in Real estate that will care more, dedicate more time, explain all of the circumstances and guide you to buy a house better then Randy Ratto. He is our agent for life!
