Just like other reviews, cannot get into contact with anyone beside property manager, which does no good. Poorly managed and maintained property. Was brand new when I moved in and so sad to see it gone downhill in just four years.
Sent multiple emails trying to reach higher ups and have never received a response.

Incompetent management at HRI’s Hyatt hotel in Indianapolis. GM and front office manager constantly make excuses to avoid guests and rather shove a helpless yet overworked supervisor to solve issues. Rooms are low quality service with bed bugs. Overpriced and poorly managed by unqualified male buffoons.

For years ..and I mean years I’ve been trying to contact someone at the Bywater Art Lofts .Ive emailed/called and left messages.Ive tried to get through by talking to a lovely lady at the Blue Plate location
who’s passed on my phone number and said someone will call …I’m literally sub letting an apartment right next door and would be the perfect time to go look and get on the waiting list …NO ONE EVER GETS BACK.
I’m an artist and low income and meet all the criteria but I’ve finally given up .I can only assume it’s for friends and family only …of whoever’s running the place.

Management please help with this man in 320 he needs to be evicted he has no respect for other tenants all night long he's disturbing all hours of the night. Management talks to him quiets down starts up again.

My mother has lived in their apartments for 4 years.. and its went downhill.. no maitance is ever available.. manager sets her own hours and doesn't care about residents..the past year the building has started to smell ,have roaches and mice.. security doesn't even care anymore who comes in and out of building. Used to be happy my mother was here.. now I can't wait till she can locate another apartment

Clean, Well appointed Facility and NICE REDO on some of their Older Properties! If interested in residing under the HRI Properties Umbrella, well be prepared $$, no slumlords here! It's NICE and You pay for it!
