I live with my boyfriend and daughter in one of their properties. The first 2 years were decent. No complaints. But over the last year things have gone to hell. We have to threaten to with hold rent for any repairs to be made. Our bathtub faucet handle had fallen off and kept falling off . I had to place numerous orders in the portal for it to be fixed. After the lame excuse from Caleb that his phone had broken and he didn't see my text messages. Said faucet handle had fallen off multiple times and fell on my 2 year old's foot and my pinky toe. Causing us both hospital visits and me missing 3 days of work. But if we're so much as a day late with rent we are being threatened with eviction. He has ignored my numerous complaints about my downstairs neighbor who is CONSTANTLY causing problems for us and our company. It has lead to the point where physical violence has almost happened. More recently our back porch window was broken and he accused us of breaking it and threatened to charge for the damage. Then proceeded to tell me he did not have to fix the window at all because it's on the exterior of the building Very unprofessional. We are looking to move we are so sick of it.

Dan and Caleb were very professional. Due to circumstances beyond their control it took 4 months for the closing to go through rather than the several weeks we were hoping for. But they were both very patient during the process and the closing finally happened. The house has been fixed up to sell and looks amazing. I would highly recommend them.

being sent a post card advertisement with your own house on it is Hella creepy and borders on a ridiculous way to try and buy homes from people that do not want to sell.

We needed our fix-me-upper sold before it was fixed up. Caleb led us through the process quickly and with minimum effort on our part. He was very courteous and spelled out the whole procedure. In a very short time it was sold and settled.

This company has pursued me for over a year via mail, email and phone calls to sell my lovely home in the village of Marcellus. I requested they remove me from their mailing list and stop calling multiple times. I checked them out thinking it was some kind of a scam and found they try to buy derelict homes and resell them. My home is pristine on three acres and I don’t understand why they continue to harass me.
I consider them unprofessional because they refuse to honor my request to remove me from their list.
