Purchasing a property is not for the feint of heart but Heidi made the process as easy as she could for us. In addition to helping to make it as easy as possible for our family, Heidi fought for what she knew was right when the previous homeowner became somewhat flaky during the closing process. In my experience so many realtors are only about the bottom line but that wasn't our experience with Heidi. We felt she genuinely cared that we found what was best for our family and not just a quick sell. When I tell you she worked hard for over a year to help us I'm not even joking. Heidi is the best! I retained her in September 2021 to sell my off-grid country place north of Willow (a challenging property!). She managed great photography and advertising. In about six weeks I received an acceptable offer. She helped me get through all the inspections, the appraisal, etc. When the first buyer backed out on the very day we were scheduled to close, Heidi quickly restarted the listing and had two good offers in hand just four days later, both higher than the deal that fell through!! When the dust all settled, the property sold for substantially more than my asking price.
