Horrible experience! I used this property management over the others because I felt like the owner gave a great first impression when coming over to view my house that I wanted to have rented out. She gave a lot of promises but in reality did not follow through. They are not on top of anything, super unreliable, and deceitful. Getting ahold of them or a response back is nearly impossible and takes days! I had to be on top of them to make sure they were doing their job and even then, they weren’t. They gave me so much push back. They expect you to do a lot of their work so there is no point in using a property management if you are using Hubbub. My tenant was complicated and they didn’t want to deal with him, they wanted to push it off on to me. The tenant was not happy with this company as well. The manager has to deal with all the problems but she is super rude and unprofessional! I have never left a bad review for anyone but this one was completely necessary.
I have switched to another company that I’ve been using for a year now and it is NIGHT AND DAY difference! Seasons property management is truly the best and I could not be happier. Seasons takes care of everything and is super professional! Think twice before using Hubbub.

DEPOSIT MILL… This place is a joke! We applied to rent here and had some challenges. Before applying we verified that they would be able to work with our challenges. They told us yes that they could and encouraged us to apply. Our credit and background checks came back fine. We had enough income, and we were working with a housing assistance agency. We applied for six or seven different properties. They never got us into a place. The women there are snobby and rude. They do not return phon calls unless you call multiple times. They will give all different reasons as to why your application was not accepted. Then ask for more documentation. One particular home we applied for was pulled off their listing, so we called about it because we didn’t receive notice if we were approved or denied, but then a few days later it was put back up on their listings. So when I called about it they played dumb. A couple weeks went by and the they let us know we didn’t get accepted. The houses they manage are ones that are low on the quality rating but they act like they are high end homes. This company just gives you the run around and they are a deposit mill. They will take peoples deposits and make you think they will get you in. Then play games until you look elsewhere. They only want your deposit money to make money off you!!

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They will nickel and dime you out your deposit turned over a move in ready unit no damages and they subtracted cleaning fees from the deposit as well as light bulb fees DISGRACEFUL WILL NEVER AGAIN COST ME 300 in fees it is the complex responsibility to clean the unit before renting it out. I should’ve only been charged if there were damages according to pictures none

Moved out of 1617 Bramble property; you can definitely do better for the price. They do not renovate their apartments, bare minimum. Three stars for the property managers being nice. Standard cleaning cost $262 (don’t bother trying to clean like I did, they’ll do it anyways), carpets $145. Don’t forget to change the lightbulbs even if they are not out, + $73.

Your handyman is definitely overcharging, please renovate the place with all the money you make off tenants, all the surrounding buildings with the same layout, but different owners, have been renovated. Catch up.

Whoever answers your phones absolutely hates her life🤣 The person who represents your company shouldn’t have such a poor attitude towards potential tenants point blank. If you don’t wanna answer questions over the phone get a new job where you don’t have to answer the phone it’s not my fault..

I can't recommend Hubbub Properties currently. Sadly they hike prices up year after year. In currently one of the poorest counties in California. .

I rented my apartment and have had the best rental experience ever! Super nice and friendly and helpful staff, and I've never had any maintenance requests taken care of so fast before in my 52 years of living and renting. I will always recommend these wonderful ladies to friends, family and anyone else.

As someone that was moving into an apartment on their own for the first time, I had a lot of anxiety about having to deal with a nightmare property manager. Hubbub Properties and it's staff, especially Macie, were and are absolutely great to work with.

My questions have always been answered directly and in a timely manner, service requests have been responded to quickly, and the vendors they contract with for such service requests have always been nice and respectful. I've never felt I was getting led on or that they were being dishonest in their practices.

I'd certainly recommend them for their service to their applicants and tenants.
