The worst place I have ever lived, we were good paying tenants and even payed ahead of time and they still were kicking us and everyone out, the building was falling apart, I called code several times who I am pretty sure they paid off. Doors were being kicked in, the building was accessible to anyone and had vagrants all over inside. The laundry machines had stopped working and they did NOTHING to fix them, at one point the elevator stopped working and they sent repair guys to fix it and it was still broken it would get stuck. I ended up going to every floor and oiling the gears so it would open. Not to mention their was a handicapped gentleman in a wheelchair during all of this, these landlords are disgusting horrible people! At one point the building was completely infested with mice and cockroaches, calling the exterminator and nothing would happen, They do not care about their tenants, and I've heard multiple buildings of theirs are in this state, most famously the knickerbocker on Jay. Which only got worse. At one point a maintenance guy fell through the floor and was severely injured. They are sub human, and they do not care about you do not rent from them it won't be pleasant!!!

This company refused to give my interest on my security deposit once I moved out. Even getting my original deposit back was a hassle. The agent named Tony made me cry. I’ve waited a good amount of time and still no response so I’ll be contacting the BBB and anything else I can think of to bring in the New Year.

Living in this apartment building has been an incredible experience! The management is responsive and always helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to resolve any issues. The building itself is modern, well-maintained, and offers great amenities like a gym and lounge. The neighborhood is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

The ceiling started leaking 3 months in. Never fixed it. Luckily this was during fall/winter so it didn't rain much. It was like pulling teeth to get them to fix it the first time. They didn't fix it properly and it started leaking again.

Honestly you get what you paid for.

Moving into these apartments has been an absolute nightmare and has caused me major stress. Between Moving into an apartment that clearly was not ready after being assured it be “ready to move in ‘ just to be bamboozled , move in and multiple appliances do NOT work or function properly. moving in I was under the impression there was 24 hour maintenance and there has been no such thing , as well as there being the “rent cafe” app that you’re able to put a maintenance order in , in which is USELESS because they will put completed and or cancel the request and will never have contacted you or attempted to resolve the issue.
When I have contacted the office multiple times as my issues concern , upon moving in and seeing mold I had contacted the office just for the receptionist to tell me as far as my issue is concerned I can” clean it my self it is
no big deal”. I deeply regret making a fast decision to move into these apartments as it has taken a toll on my well being , they’ve taken advantage and just demand for money.

1) building is full with mice. despite my daughter has been in shock discovering that, ( she took the video when she saw mouse on the top of the stove, kinda super huge fear she’s been going through, how she’s whining about being with the mice in the same room) .
2) the steam goes off. someone brought the electric heater, which caused blackout and she stood in darkness and coldness for hours. some young worker came finally and tried to fix it
3) mice never finishes, tramps are not working.
4) water pipes are not functioning properly
We are going to look for another studio, we will do it without your unresponsive and unprofessional company, which sets the students in the place, which is unbelievable useless and scary.
5) while we were thinking about changing the place, your rental amount rises up from 800 to 850
Don’t even think to give me a hard time, by canceling the contract, I’m not going to suffer my child there.
Please provide the number, where I will get all answers, on all my Questions, starting with WHY

I had a lease at one of their properties for 6 months and it was a fantastic! The property was clean and safe. If I ever had any maintenance requests, the issue was addressed within 2 days of me calling it in. I would definitely recommend renting though Hudson Capital.

I currently live in 385 morris st and the property owners are bad at communication. The maintenance people never pick up. I hate this place and Damian is a bad communicator and a bad person if I ever see him I’m gonna punch his face
