Our experience with Leonard was wonderful from start to finish! We weren't planning to purchase until next year, but he listened to what we were hoping for and found several houses to show us. His advice was spot on, and I loved that I never felt pressured. I want to start off by saying that Leonard exceeded my expectations of what a Realtor is. My first encounter with him was actually as a prospective buyer/curious neighbor. He was selling my neighbors house and I popped over during the open house he was hosting just to see what the house looked like next door. When I met Leonard, he asked me what I was interested in, knowing that I had no plans on buying that house. After I outlined to him what my ideal house was, he proceeded to email me new property listings weekly (not in an annoying/pushy way). I never asked him to do so, yet he took time out of his day every week to search the market specifically for me. Of the 5 other real estate agents that I've told I was looking to buy, he was the ONLY one to actually make a proactive effort to win my business. The others merely gave me their card and told me to contact them, very passive. From then on, I knew I wanted him to be my agent.
Fast forward 6-8 months when I was actually ready to buy, something hot came up that we wanted to check out immediately. I hadn't talked with Leonard in months but he remembered me and got me a showing within 4 hrs. We wanted to make an offer but hadn't been pre-qualified or even spoken to a lender. He got me in touch with a lender as proactive as him and I was pre-qualified and made an offer in less than 24hrs! That place didn't work out but Leonard was very patient with us and helped us look at another dozen or so houses before we found "the one." He encouraged us to make an on-site offer and helped negotiate us $20k off asking price in a market where everyone seemed to be paying more than asking! He was very professional, timely, responsive, and patient. I never felt pressured or obligated during the entire process. This was our first home and he explained everything well and answered all our questions (and I had a LOT of them). Will definitely use him again in the future! Thank you, Leonard, for making a stressful process feel smooth!

Leonard was extremely helpful throughout our buying journey, especially since we actually live out of state. He showed houses to us or to our local family, including video tours, helped with pricing and negotiation, facilitated all of the DocuSign paperwork, followed up with last minute fixes, and was very professional in assisting us to cancel one contract when a more appropriate property came along. He was very responsive and patient throughout.
