Hunt Club Apartments is a great place to live and you would be happy here:

Pros:

1. Location: Conveniently located near the airport, shopping centers, dining, and major highways. It’s an ideal spot for people who need quick access to work, schools, and leisure activities.
2. Amenities: The complex has amenities such as a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, and grill area. They are pet-friendly too.
3. Maintenance: The maintenance team is responsive, and repairs are generally handled quickly. The grounds are well-kept, with landscaping that adds to the overall aesthetic. Poa is awesome!
4. Community: Quiet and family-friendly, it has a welcoming atmosphere that’s safe and comfortable.
5. Staff: The property manager Aneisha is amazing to deal with. Always seems to have a positive attitude and great patience. On top of any problem or concern brought to her attention and clearly cares for the tenants!

The Hunt Club apartments have been a lovely place to call home this year. The property manager, Aneisha, will always try her best to help you with any questions or worries. Their maintenance team is also amazing, always greeting their residents and working overtime to complete maintenance issues. Another great feature is its location; located very close to the airport and shopping centers makes for ideal weekends.

my apt flooded 3 times causing over $2500. and don't ever accept their insurance, it does not cover floods. They told me before i could move in, i needed their insurance. maintenance walked in many times without permission or warning, while i was sleeping and took stuff out of my apt. they knew these apt flooded and did not warn me or others they flooded. they purposeful do this, these sick ppl don't care about your possessions. they blamed me for the flooding then blamed the city. i hate this place and the neighbors suck. parking is always a problem and if you call a tow your car will not be safe. they are constantly going into apts and use excuses so you have no privacy. they head maintenance guy is the worst. he comes into the apts and barely fixes any problems. he is worthless. and the girl that runs the office blamed me for all the problems and banned me from the office after they cost me all this damage and made it sound like i was at fault. don't move here and if you do don't move down stairs and don't expect privacy.

I have lived here for more than two years and lately I have been having many problems with the administration which provides a very bad service and the doors have been broken down three times and they don't fix them even though they charge a maintenance fee, the main door has been broken down for over a year and another big problem that this place has is the parking lots, all the visitor parking lots are occupied and they don't move the cars for months and the administration doesn't do anything I'm just waiting for my contract to end so I can get out of here.

I used to live here about 6-7 years ago and I recently moved back and you can tell the property management have turned this place around! A lot nicer, cleaner and safer than what it used to be. Thanks to Rebecca my application, lease signing and move in went smoothly and easy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice affordable apartment.
