I highly don't recommend working with the realtors here it was one of the absolute worst and unprofessional experiences I have ever dealt with. Was completely left in the dark for 5 days on a rental application I submitted. When initially told I'd hear back within one or two days got absolutely no communication from them. All I asked was for an update and all they could have responded was "need more time," but didn't even have the decency to do that. Four days later finally got a phone call after calling, texting and emailing a multitude of times since my proposed move in date was coming up. If that happened the second day would be extremely satisfied. At the end of that phone call asked if they could please give me an update by that end of day as my potential move in day would be two days later. Nothing, no response, no text, no email, no phone call. Crickets. Even after trying to reach out multiple times. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if need a realtor. The worst part was when I did receive a phone call no apology nothing, they were frustrated with me asking for an update on my future home. Crazy and disappointing.
