Nice and clean mall. Shopping was lovely and my kids enjoyed the place. Food court is limited but the food was fantastic. Recommended and will come gain 👍🏻

During my stay in Huntington, I've visited this mall a couple of times. It gets crowded during the weekends, like any mall. It's a fun space to hang out with your loved ones to relax, shop, dine, and watch a movie. One of the things I appreciate about this mall is the fact that there are many benches to sit. During Christmas and other festive seasons, the whole place is filled with decorations and has a great vibe to it. The mall is maintained well, and the staff working here are helpful. They are approachable and always happy to help you with something. Highly recommended!

I love it here. I just wish they’d be more clean and up to date with stores that are in style and popular. It’s a good selection as it is but it could be better. The food court has potential to be amazing but it’s always so crowded there’s nowhere to sit. People will stay longer if they’re comfortable with everything, eating especially when you have children it’s important to be seated so you can definitely watch your children closely. Why not have cart/buggies for free? Or have a small deposit but get it back after they return it in one piece? Sometimes something small can make a huge impact on someone. That being said the main reason people leave is because they get tired of holding the bags and sweating bc it’s so hot. So many people would stay and buy more stuff if were easier.

Anyone who says malls are dying and a thing of the past needs to visit this mall. It was absolutely packed and great!! You could barely find a parking spot, it was way too hot and was sweating the entire shopping trip, and some lines were long but I wouldn't expect anything else. Absolutely loved it!! Part of the experience and feeling you can't get from online shopping & strip malls. Good food options and food court was full of diners, lots of benches and a train I was never able to catch. My knee would have thanked me if I could have caught up to it, lol. I didn't make it through the entire mall because my boys came out of Dave & Busters too soon following me around. Couldn't Christmas shop as well with them watching, but I'd definitely go back when in town. We have a cute little mall in Beckley that stays busy but no where close to the options and size of this fantastic mall. Town Center in Charleston could have been and maybe once was, close to as awesome as this one. The town and state are blessed to have such a great mall!!! Can't wait to come back to visit!

This mall is a lot better than the Charleston Town Center mall, and it seems to get better every time I've been. Most stores are occupied, there are a lot of different shops and major stores as well. If you have kids there are several things to keep them occupied. The new Reptile House was the reason we visited this time and it was very cool, lots of interesting animals and a neat thing to be inside of a mall.

They let me walk my dog that was trained into the mall and I sat down to eat in the middle and was not bothered about having my dog with me aka my service animal.

Yes, why are they closing the restrooms at 8:25 p.m. I was told they closed them by the mall office at 8:30. It was only 8:25 and no my watch wasn't wrong. I'm 68, work at a kiosk with no ability to be able to use anything but public restrooms. With an hour drive home, being told the restrooms are closed is a major aggravation. If I closed my kiosk at 8:30, I would be hearing from mall management about closing early. So why are restrooms being closed at 8:30?
