I never leave reviews but this place was a dumpster fire. I have been in apartments living for over a decade and never have i ever had an experience like this or felt the need to leave a review. I would give this place zero stars if i could. Management is horrid, they charge you constantly and make up reasons as to why they charge you. I was charge my rent twice in one month on multiple occasions and had to call and argue to get it taken off. There was a hole in my wall for the first 2 months and in the bathroom. I found mold in my bathroom vent, when they “fixed” under the sink and i used it the next day water went all over my floor and all they did was come in and tighten a bolt and left. Water completely covering my kitchen floor like a lake and i got no assistance with the clean up when they’re the ones that caused the mess. My upstairs neighbor got sick and was hospitalized and they charged her and early vacancy fee because she didn’t notify them a week after she was hospitalized. When i tell you don’t live here… don’t live here there are plenty of other options.

Adding a note to my review as replying doesn’t seem to be an option: I called the number provided and they told me that they don’t run the property and in order to get the charges off my account i have to call the OUTSIDE management service. This is honestly the worst experience ever. Why can’t we just be honest people and not try to charge ridiculous fees when rent has already been paid ON TIME. I’m just mind blown with this. They did a walkthrough barely a week after i said i was going to move out and said i wouldn’t be charged anything but my prorated rent. It’s seeming like i need to get lawyers involved, luckily im blessed enough to have benefits that can help through work to pay for it. Honestly this economy the greed is just baffling to me.

Not really sure where their website photos came from, but it didnt look nothing like the unit I viewed. I was told that it was just leased, but as I walked it I saw dirty floors. spray painted cabinets, very small toilets and raising, wrinkled carpets. It was not move in ready at all let alone to be leased. All for 1250 a month. At best, 1k.

This is a great place to live! I've lived here for over 7 years now and it is honestly one of the best places I have lived. It is well maintained, it is pretty quit around here and I have had no issues with loud neighbors or music. It is a great location as well. The office staff have always been very helpful to me. Any maintenance request I send in are taken care of pretty quickly. I have really enjoyed living here and plan on being here for a while longer.

My wife and I recently moved to the area and are looking for a place to stay. We visited here the other day and had a wonderful tour guide, Kristen was her name I think. We're still deciding, but the first impression was really good 👍

I recently had a great experience touring an apartment at Huntington Meadows, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the complex. The leasing agents were kind and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed seeing the apartments and the complex.

Avoid these apartments!!!

Im extremely frustrated and disappointed with the unethical practices of this apartment complex. After moving out months ago, I disputed a bill of $693.44 due to multiple issues that were not my responsibility. Here’s a breakdown of the problems:
1.    Appliance Charge: The microwave handle was cracked when I moved in — a pre-existing issue. It’s unreasonable to hold me responsible for the full replacement cost of something I didn’t damage.
2.    Resurfacing Charge: The resurfaced surfaces were flawed from the start. They weren’t fully dry upon my move-in and began peeling immediately due to improper preparation on the complex’s part. Charging me for their mistake is unacceptable.

3. Repainting: I only had 2 tvs mounted in the apartment, that does not require painting for the whole unit.

4. Deposit Issue: They kept my $400 security deposit and still billed me an additional $693.44. This makes no sense!!

Additionally, while moving out, I suffered a fall due to a broken stair, damaging my belongings and injuring me.

Their disregard for proper procedures was evident from the start, including mishandling my referral bonus, which required sooo much unnecessary effort to resolve. The pattern of poor service and questionable practices is deeply troubling. Especially to a tenant that pays on time every month.

Should have realized then and there that this was gonna be a headache.

For months, I received no response to my dispute. I assumed their silence meant they acknowledged their mistakes. But recently, they contacted me demanding an even higher balance, despite already taking my entire $400 deposit.

This complex will take your money, lie, and expect you to cover their mistakes. Please know If I have to take this to court, I will. I refuse to be strong-armed into paying for something I don’t owe.

Stay away from these apartments. They are not worth the stress or financial loss!

The property is really nice and well kept the people onsite are really helpful and on top of things. The property manager Kelsi was able to answer all my questions and was a big help! Definitely recommend living here.
