The location was easy to find and convenient to restaurants and freeways. The apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, several closets, and a king bedroom with walk-in closet. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. The deck was accessible from the living room or bedroom. Patio doors had lovely louvered privacy panels. The grounds were colorful and well maintained. I was able to leave my vacation with clean clothes! I had a great stay.

This is the second time we've stayed at this resort. It is a nice, well-maintained resort with good amenities (pool, adults-only pool, hot tub, work out facility). However, room location is very important, as we discovered this trip. We were put in a room facing north and overlooking a parking lot. We literally had no sunshine at any time during the day, which was a real disappointment for a "sun break" vacation. We asked to be moved and were told the property was a capacity--which it clearly was not. ||We were also charged a $40 "cleaning fee." When we checked out, we questioned this and were told it was because it was a short stay, so the cleaning wasn't included. But we didn't get anything for that $40. One day, our trash cans were emptied, but dirty towels were left on the bathroom floor, no new towels or supplies were provided. I was told we could ask for those. Okay, but I still didn't get $40 worth of "cleaning."||On the positive, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, including washer and dryer. We would consider staying again but only if we can be guaranteed a nice room location.

The room was great and spacious. Only a few things stood out though:
- I'd recommend to clean the dishware before use as there were many plates and bowls that weren't clean and had dried food on them - a little gross but easy to clean.

- The water pressure was a little lacking so we showered in some heavy mist and the toilet paper holder was not secured very well.

Other than that, the room was clean and there was plenty of space! Nice kitchen and good toiletries available! The bathroom was huge and very nice to use!

Free parking was a big plus as well and the area felt very clean and safe

Great place to come with your family to see the Parabas Open or simply to vacation. Ping pong, billiards, shuffle board, and more is free for guests. Also a great swimming pool and hot tub for parents to unwind at the end of the day. Full kitchen with in-room coffee to wake up at your own pace. Free parking is included in your stay.

Just left at noon today. Enjoyed a week at this resort. The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing and the hot tub is bubbling. I came for rest and relaxation. My large fully equipped one bedroom suite faced the mountains and golf course. Everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. From check in, Angela's daily housekeeping to the friendly activities directors, this place was wonderful. I hope to return.

I stayed at this vacation club for 2 nights as a World of Hyatt loyalty member, not as a timeshare member. I would certainly stay there again, but it was not a perfect experience. After reading multiple reviews stating that the wifi was spotty, I was delighted to enjoy good wifi service. I did not need to do any Zoom meetings in my room, so I’m not sure if the wifi is strong enough to support Zoom, but wifi was fine for email, web browsing, and downloading podcasts to my iPhone. In my unit, central air conditioning was responsive, accurate, and easy to control. Two ceiling fans also made the unit comfortable. Ceiling lights and lamps were plentiful, but there was no light over the bathtub/shower. The kitchen was well-supplied (e.g. automatic dishwasher pods, Palmolive for handwashing, plenty of paper towels and cotton towels, laundry supplies, hot cocoa, coffee, tea, ice maker, flatware, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.). The unit was clean, but I found a few hairs in the bathroom on the floor and the wall. The location seems extremely safe, and free parking is plentiful. However, my bedroom mattress felt cheap or old, with a part that droops. The living room sofa cushions are too soft and are not supportive. My living room windows needed repair. The left side window screen was bent and falling out of the frame. The right side window wouldn't open. One reason I chose this location was the free access to gas grills. At check-in, the staff told me the grills are open 24-7. They even had free grilling utensils at the ready. Shortly after 10 pm, I tried to turn on the grill based using the posted instructions, but the instructions are outdated and inaccurate. (They refer to turning on an “ON” button and turning on a propane tank, but the grills are now tank-less, now connected to a gas line. No “ON” button exists.) I called the front desk, and a male employee told me he thought the grills were turned OFF after 10 pm. I explained that other staff members told me the grills were ON 24-7. He said Engineering goes home at 10 pm, but he sent a security guard to try to help me. The security guard wasn't sure what to do, but he was able to help me figure out how to turn on the grill. Generally, the staff is friendly and fast to respond.

Room and pool area were great. Our room was on the second floor and they have no elevator. Carrying our baby’s stroller was a heavy task everyday. The doors to every building don’t stay open very well also making it difficult to move the stroller around. Our room was next to the street which was very loud.

Small second floor one bedroom unit. Plenty of space for a couple. Two sets of six steps each of stairs to get up to but a lift in the building and carts available, not far from pool and activities area, nice activities offered some free some fee based, friendly, helpful staff. Overall a very good experience.
