One of the worst property management companies in southern California. They claim that their properties are "No Smoking" properties and yet there are smokers everywhere. I know several people who have complained - and have even gone so far as to alert the Tobacco Control and Prevention Program of Los Angeles. Yet, IC Property management absolutely refuses to enforce their own policy. I urge you to stay away from any property they manage. They are slumlords.

I never like to leave negative reviews, but had a really unpleasant experience with Nancy at the leasing office. I’ve had an ongoing issue with an unusable bathroom sink that randomly backs up. It’s been checked out before, but continues to happen frequently. I only use it to brush my teeth/wash my hands. I called and placed a work order the previous day and made sure to get off work early (not easy) so I could be there to give insight and details on the issue, but the work order was never placed. Although maintenance was able to come out (and that experience was pleasant), Nancy was not understanding or willing to listen to the issue brought up to her. I feel it’s important to understand the problem and gather the facts but I guess not. She continuously cut me off and I left the call feeling like the issue/the lack of scheduling was my fault and she denied my issue as well as the details provided. As a person with lease/property management experience I’m grossed out by the poor customer service. It’s important to put yourself in the shoes of the renter especially if they’re paying 2k on a timely basis. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but imagine waking up or coming home from work to a nasty backed up sink after just cleaning it up the day before. She could at least have some empathy or understanding. Maybe she wouldn’t care if it happened to her or someone she cared about

We lived at the property 612 N. Chandler and recently moved out, we lived there for approximately 8 years, I believe I was a good tenant, we always paid our rent on time as a matter of fact I was paying more a month that I was asked for to have a chunk of change at the end of the year, that was my thing!
Any who, on my last day there I meat with the apartment manager, he was unprofessional kept brushing me off during our walk through I asked him if he needed me to clean up a little better, yes I left a small fan behind and didn't mop the floors, I did patch all the holes and even primed was I had painted left them ready for paint, I figured I have been there 8 years they are going to paint and make this place look new again.
I was charged
$155.00 for cleaning
$135.00 for patch paint (I guess who ever gets unit B will not have painted walls)
Off of my deposit after 8 years never missed payment, even during covid.
They must really need the money!

We applied for an apartment with this company 2 days ago, this morning they called my wife and the told her we got approved, knowing we have a perfect credit and background, they told her we got approved, this afternoon they called my wife again and they told her the owner/ supervisor picked someone else. The company they used to run the credit sent me a report they run over a year ago. This unprofessional company are just collecting application fees then they’ll damp you and then they pick probably someone they know. Imagine how many application fees they collect from every applicant and the people wanted to move with them ($30). I called the company for an explanation and they were very rude on the phone and very unprofessional, they did not want to provide any information they just saying we changed our mind and picked someone else….., I would like to hear back from the manager about this.

Horrible! Same happened to my daughter and I they collected application and fees and never ever got back to us. We found out the unit we applied for was rented because it’s gone off of their website and to this day we still haven’t received a result from our application and I agree with the other girl who gave a review for the same issue in this case a refund is definitely owed. You can’t just collect applications & fees and think customers should assume they were denied because you’re ignoring them and have heard anything. Like this really calls for a class action law suit. I have called several of times to follow up and either my messages aren’t being returned or they just say someone will call you back and NEVER do it’s extremely horrible taking money from families who’re already struggling. Also, these people have a property that has parking garages but aren’t allowing residents to utilize them. Half the garages are being occupied by management for personal use and the other half by someone acting as the maintenance worker using as storages for work & personal use. This forces all their residents to use street parking which is really ridiculous

Unprofessional. Took +4 months to get a leak + water damage fixed. They don't respond to emails, and to top it off the staff has no idea how to properly speak to tenants respectfully/professionally. Be sure to get everything in writing the moment that staff member approves things. Staff members there make clerical errors then, unfortunately, blame tenants later down the line. Definitely a learning experience dealing with this property management team.

I’ve dealt with many property companies especially those with a vast majority of people. However by far this has got to be the worst one. I met with the manager in charge of the property rental and he himself gave me a 5 page application which I filled out, twice one for me and one for my sister who was going to rent with me. I drive all the way to their office only to have the office clerk tell me that the application I was given was the incorrect one, and she wouldn’t accept. With all of that I agreed to fill out AGAIN, but before she gave me the application she made sure she tells me “mam just so you know, we do have applications pending and being processed” so basically don’t bother filling out. Worst customer service. Un-professional

Have lived at one of their properties for over 6 years and we have had a great experience with all staff members. I cannot relate to the bad reviews as I had nothing but good experiences.
