I been calling the office about my apartment and all the building 654 Lyons Avenue look like a Condemned building... there is mess all around the building and garbage in the back that been there for MONTHS...PLZZZZZZ THINK TWICE BEFORE RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE....AND THE DONT FIX ANYTHING ALL THEY DO IT PUT A BANDAGE ON IT.... AND have to come back a fix it over and over again....this building is the worst we have parking in the back but there is barely and lights back there....and you cant even walk in the backyard to the door that you inter the building it so much garbage the way you coming in.... where there are all kinds or RATS.... RACCOONS....CATS.... AND NOW DEAD CATS BACK THERE... I KEEP CALLING THE OFFICE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE..... and not to Mention every time it rains I get roof damage in my apartment where then fixed it over 3 dozen times over and over again..... building is ALWAYS DIRTY AND NASTY....IT JUST SO SAD THAT THEY DONT CARE... I BET YOU THEY DONT LIVE LIKE SO.....JUST 1000% NASTY AND THE SAD PART IS NOTHING IS BEING DONE.....

Bathroom been leaking for 8 months and they still haven't fixed it. Landlord doesn't answer when u call and the company says they can't help you, you have to call the landlord. Don't waste your money.

Very unprofessional and they have no care, no remorse or no type of sympathy for hardworking people who actually met the requirements and got approved for an apartment. They are so quick to take your money though but don’t care who they hurt and make it harder for in the process. If you have the opportunity to apply and take your services somewhere else please do it’ll save you the time and money to actually give your money to people who care and who will actually help you

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MGMT COMPANY! Unfair application processing!
Spoke with rep after viewing an apartment, made appt. To put in application. After long commute to their office in Millburn, pay stub and money in tow, Only to be told on phone while im standing in the hallway to get in, that i cannot apply because they are processing application someone just put in. So how was i going to have a chance to apply if you already had someone booked for this? I was told by super that mo one had yet applied. Find out they do not communicate properly with super either! Never called to tell me not to come, etc. Waste of time. Also they want first month rent up front with application fee! Im sure if they were dealing with a realtor, they would be changing how they operate! Save your money! save your time and sanity...run don't walk away from these pepple! Plus read all the negative reviews!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would . My husband and I paid the application fee and the first months rent as asked while waiting to be approved for the apartment. Where I lived was willing to write a letter because they had new management stating that I lived there. They were telling my husband that he’d only been at his job since January when he told them he had paystubs to prove other wise. Our income was more than enough to afford the rent and they still denied us. And after reading the reviews I know for a fact GOD had his hand in the mix

very unprofessional people, I think its a scam someone just called me in regards to an application I sent through an apartment app that I don't remember. I asked what does I and S stand for they didn't know. So I asked how do you work for a company that you don't know what is stands for. The lady hung up on me told me I don't qualify for a 1bed room but now that I google them and see all these pictures of trash I agree, I do not qualify. I am worth way better service.

Go up
