I randomly stumbled on the Uptown 7 information, and it was a smooth process, from the moment we first spoke, to the day I picked up the keys. Alejandra made sure I was able to get everything figured out on time for me to move in. She has been very professional and willing to help with any questions I had about anything. I am grateful for all the support in ensuring I was able to get the lease signed and move in, earlier than anticipated for my start date at the new position. I currently live at the Village Glen apartments in Eatonville. I absolutely love the country because I am NOT a city girl. I moved in 5 years ago, just before the previous owner passed away, and after he did, the apartments kind of fell apart due to the lack of proper managment (Fulcrum) but since Icon has taken over, they have tried very hard to correct mistakes and do right by their tenants. Danille Dupont works hard with vendors and maintenance to get all residents needs met. I appreciate Icon for trying to fix issues that others failed to. I love where I live and I am very thankful. I highly recommend Village Glen if you like a small town county feel.

I recently moved into Bellevue One Condo Apartments, managed by ICON Real Estate Services, INC., and I’ve been really happy with the experience so far. The property management team made the whole move-in process super easy. They were always available to answer questions, helped with all the paperwork, and quickly took care of any initial hiccups. Their support made me feel really welcomed here. If you’re looking for a place where the management genuinely cares, I’d definitely recommend ICON Real Estate!

I currently live at the Main Place Apartments. I have had the legal team involved over 4 times due to the resident living above me.
For the last 3 years this resident has broken the lease rules by playing loud music and having friends over after quiet hours.
This resident has received multiple notices, I have sent in more than enough video evidence of the residence pounding on the floor, blasting their sub woofers, and having friends over at 2am, screaming to music and jumping around.

The property manager, has done NOTHING, about this situation. She constantly dismisses my concerns and does not take these situations seriously.

Icon Management has done nothing to ensure residents are abiding by the lease rules, and upholding the Washington Tenant Laws for current tenants like myself.
We have neighbors who break the lease rules, a Gym business on the first floor, Sweat Circuit, who breaks the lease rules by allowing their members to slam weights on the floor at 530am (and does not care when our residents have asked them to stop, as it is shaking our walls early in the morning), our bathroom has been flooded by the upstairs neighbors, and maintenance requests that have not been attended to- yet Icon wants to continue to up our rent price without acknowledging the actual issues within this apartment building.

Would not recommend.

This management company has been nothing short of exceptional, but Danielle DuPont truly stands out. From the moment I moved in, I knew I was in good hands. Danielle’s prompt responses to my emails and calls, coupled with her efficient handling of maintenance requests, made my living experience a breeze.

Beyond her exceptional service, the property itself has been well-maintained. The grounds are always clean, and the common areas are inviting. It’s a place where I felt comfortable and safe. Thanks to Danielle and the management team, I truly enjoyed my time there.
