As first-time sellers, I was initially intimidated by the process. Once I met with Kathy Cross Reece (Kathy), she made me feel at ease, stress free with the process. She understood what I needed to accomplish and the time frame in which I needed it to be completed.
Kathy is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the information she provided about the current housing market. Kathy provided an incredible amount of information about the  comparative market analysis, which allowed us to set the right price for the current market.
Every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. I truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it.
When you choose to work with Kathy (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) you will learn that she is also flexible, meaning that you can make a quick phone call to ask a question, and she is able to meet with you at à mutually agreeable time!
Kathy works well in collaboration with other real estate agents. Her cool, and calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done - and they diid! Once we got into escrow, Kathy was diligent in making sure I was informed on all process/steps to ensure promptness, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic sale process simple.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Kathy, she works to the highest standards, and truly practice "service above self." I felt like we were working with my best friend rather than a real estate agent. I don't know how Kathy does it - I felt like I was her only client, which I was not. The care and treatment I received was way above what I anticipated. I would trust them with my eyes closed and their attention to detail and level of time/dedication to their clients is outstanding.
