I've been renting with this company for the past few years I haven't had any issues like ppl say on the comments. The maintenance crew are really good & hard working ppl trying accomplish there duties the office crew have been real nice to my wife & I since we moved in at Barbara worth Villa. Maybe act respectful to the crew in the office & the maintenance crew as well
Maybe ppl will get better results 😉 at the end of the day....

I’ve had a few issues with fellow tenants, not following the parking policies and the landlord does a fantastic job at following up on the issue and understanding the inconvenience. It causes the tenants that are actually following the parking policies at the apartment complex.

Stay away from this company at all costs. Secretary said process for an application takes 2 to 3 business days. More than 3 weeks into it now and no approval. No phone calls picked up and none of emails were ever answered. Google do all of us a favor and have Zero star available for such a horrible company.

If they give tenants a hard time before moving in, I can only imagine the nightmare if you need them after you rent out one of their units. Stay away!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. No one answers the phone. You let them know something in the apartment needs to be fixed and they either brush it off or take forever to send someone. They CLEARLY do not care. Worst rental office EVER!

Very unprofessional establishment, can't take calls, they don't make appointments but that's whtvr.. The secretary is very rude and should learn how to speak to clients. You're only making a bad name for you and your job. If I can not give any stars I would leave it empty. Very bad service, if you don't like your job or you're having a bad day don't bring your negative vibes to work and take it out on everyone else. Smh

The lady who takes and gives information in the first front desk is rude and doesnt give proper information I've applied twice now and both times she bluntly states there are no available units but yet a guy went in and came out with a list of apartments for rent. Needs new person in the front office as there are other who complained about the same person in reviews.

Completely unprofessional, they tried to belittle us due to our age & wouldnt explain anything. We called almost every day just to be treated rude by the secretary. We asked if we can do anything to help our application & she simply said no & hung up on us. Would give a 0 if i could.

Do not recommend at all. If you can use another company Do it. Water leak now for 3 days and still haven’t responded with a plumber. They don’t care.
