UPDATE

ROACHES: outside the front and have made it inside yet we pay for pest control montly

LAUNDRY: filthy, broken, only a couple work at a time

MAIL: finally fixed

WATER: needed to call maintenance 5 times AND tell them what was wrong for water temperature to work after 4 months

PARKING: residents use guest parking like its their actual parking and NEVER move or tandem move so no one else can have the spot. There is no limit on guest parking time. There is a resident who works on cars INSIDE the parking lot spilling oil constantly on the ground to get on our tires. UPDATE: they’ve been active about guest parking which is very helpful and the oil guy has no longer been working on cars in the community garage.

NEIGHBORS: besides a few, they're are more heads and car owners than homes and thats why parking is the way it is. Super loud, no consideration regarding working adults without children. Allow their children to treat balcony areas like parks and playgrounds. Super dirty, leave trash on walkways, bushes, and common areas. The amount of banging and parties like these are condos with space and thick walls are wild.

FIRE ALARMS: idk if there are children pulling the alarms or the building is just faulty. The alarms have gone off at least 5 times since being here and are super loud and don't immediately turn off and you're not notified which is a disturbance to animals and the home.

POOL & CUZZI: amazing

Last minute choice that serves its purpose to have a roof over your head but if you have a choice, choose elsewhere

My daughter needed an apartment for 3 months and this place could not have been better. The property is secure, well kept, well maintained and I felt like my daughter was safe while there. We live 2k miles away, so this was not easy to do, but when we met the manager, Karina, we knew she'd be well taken care of. Karina made sure she got what she needed and followed through on her promise to move my daughter's parking to a location closer to her unit. She also helped us unload all the things we bought for the short term residency by connecting us with people that had a need. She's super nice, very professional and an excellent manager. Karina and the apartment are top notch and I recommend them highly.

We have been living here for over 4 years and we haven’t any problem with neighbors. We rent a two bedroom apartment and is a good size for a family of four. The gym is frequently sanitized and pool is always clean. Karina, the manager is very helpful and makes sure everything runs good. You’ll see Lorenzo the maintenance worker every morning swiping the perimeter making sure everything is clean and when we need something to be done in the apartment it usually done in less than 24 hours.We are very happy to live here, I just wished they had three bedroom apartments so we won’t have to move as our family gets bigger so we can continue to stay here.Overall, this is a great place to call home.
