I truly wanted to have a good experience with Independent Property Investors , but it has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. They completely ignored serious issues like flooding, mold, and leaks, making the property unlivable. The worst part? They never fixed these problems or even cleaned the carpets—which had visible gray matter—before placing a new tenant in the unit.

On top of that, they were dishonest about returning the funds that were rightfully owed due to the unsafe conditions. It’s clear they have no regard for tenant well-being and operate unethically, prioritizing rent collection over proper property management.

Because of their negligence and deceptive practices, I am now pursuing legal action. If you are considering renting from them, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This company is untrustworthy and does not uphold basic standards of honesty or responsibility.
Both Andrea and Ryan Nelson are absolute liars.

If there were a negative rating, she has surely earned it. This ‘person’ has already committed at least one misdemeanor and has exposed herself to civil liability and we just met her today. From the video (see photo), she was about to get herself in even more trouble but my wife saved her. We will be reporting her to the Sacramento Superior Court and the Department of Real Estate tomorrow for fraudulent representation and she will suffer the consequences of her actions. We will keep you posted. Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone.

Andrea is not only professional and knowledgeable about real-estate, she is personable and really cares about her clients.
