Management treats us like unruly children. If the have a problem with 1 Tennant, we all get punished. Example: a tennant was evicted, he came back in the building, vandalized a bathroom. So they locked up all the common bathrooms but 2. Someone complained that they couldn't get through the lobby, because there were people there, ( which was totally false) So all the furniture was removed. There are a lot of people who wait in the lobby for dial-a-ride, Uber and other transportation who can't stand that long. We are not allowed to post anything on our, or our friends doors, like invitations, birthday cards etc. We were made to do Pet screening even if we don't have pets. The information is sold to ,3 Rd parties, and I've been hacked by a company who said My dog's chip expired. They had her chip number etc. And I don't use their service. My spam on my phone has gone up 50 percent. I have been dealing with with second hand smoke from a neighbor directly below me for years. It has effected my health, and the management will not enforce the lease. They made me sign each complaint and gave it to the neighbor, who retaliated by vandalizing my car 3 times ( correction fluid all over it, keying my car, hiring drug addicts to smash out my passenger window, steal my dog's car seat, and smear Vaseline on my windshield. The police were called by me, The manager Kari said they are not responsible for anything that happens in the parking lot.

Editing as of 8/24/2022. I live at one of their properties. I was told today I could not have my swinging hammocks on my porch that I had had up for over a year. Also, we aren't allowed to have string lights or flags on our porches. They are just supposed to be metal prisons I guess. While I do not blame the landlord, she's usually super receptive and understanding, I find it bizarre, that the head honcho has an issue with these things. Does she just think we don't deserve nice things because we are low-income? My balcony was my oasis. When I had it designed how I wanted, it helped with my depression when I sat out there. Now, I don't even have that.

This place has gone down hill. We can no longer have bird feeders, wind chimes, etc. Curtains also have to have a white background otherwise you have to keep your blinds shut or you'll be evicted. I'm not making this up. I don't blame the ladies in the office. This is obviously their bosses doing.

update 09/22/2024: Rent is now being increased A LOT. How are we "low income" If you are a new tenant the 3 bedrooms start at over 2 grand. They are trying to get rid of the low income people. Dog poop doesn't get cleaned up, tenants harass, stalk and threaten others, cars get broken into, etc. We live in fear at his place and they expect us to pay higher rent. New management is horrible and just in it to get rich. I

Maybe focus on the crack heads that come through here, the other tenants threatening others. You want me to pay more rent but I can't have up flags, or wind chimes or bird feeders? The new managers who run this place are disgusting and clearly do not care about low income people. They are trying to force us out. No amount of work is going to make this place nicer.

My son has had a great experience living at Sundodger while attending UW. He feels safe and secure and his studio is modern, with all needed amenities. Both Matt the property manager and the onsite maintenance staff are personable and available.

pine ridge apartment has excessive noise pollution that needs to be addressed. From the loud music at 3am to the person revving their motorcycle all day, it’s a huge issue for the communities to have to endure. It’s been going on for far too long.

We have resided in Solana Apartments (one of the properties managed by Indigo) for more than 2 years, and unfortunately, our experience has been unsatisfactory. One of the main issues we encountered here was the presence of cockroaches in our (and at least 3 other units we are aware of). It came to our attention that some residents had seen cockroaches a year before we moved in. During our first year, we didn't experience any cockroach problems. However, in the second year, they began to appear. Initially, we didn't consider it a significant concern and promptly informed the management on two occasions. Regrettably, the management didn't take the matter seriously, and despite our repeated follow-ups, it took them over two months to arrange for a pest control company to visit our unit. Even then, the effectiveness of their treatment was questionable, as they simply sprayed a minimal amount of a weak liquid around the house, yielding no tangible results. This cycle repeated itself twice, with the second attempt showing marginal improvement but ultimately proving ineffective. As it stands now, cockroaches have infested our living space everywhere, and despite our efforts, including traps and poisons, their population continues to multiply at an alarming rate. When we requested to terminate our lease due to the ongoing issue, the manager refused and instead offered us another apartment. However, we were taken aback when she demanded an $400 increase in rent if we move to the clean unit. More annoying, instead of acknowledging the severity of the cockroach problem, she seemed disinterested and dismissive, repeatedly asking us what we expected her to do and even questioning the absence of cockroaches during our first year of tenancy.
Another area of concern, especially for individuals with disabilities, is the parking situation. Out of the three designated disabled parking spots, only one is genuinely accessible. If you park in other two spots, somebody from office come to your door and orders you to move your car.

We have had a great experience in our 4 years at Vida Apartments. Danny and the entire team have been fantastic to work with and the location is hard to beat. We would recommend Vida/Indigo to anyone looking for great amenities, location, and a supportive and helpful management team.

Poor Management, Infested with Cockroaches.

My experience at Solana Apartments (managed by Indigo) was a complete nightmare. The prices they charge are outrageous for what you get. The place is filthy and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there is a severe cockroach infestation throughout the complex. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional, ignoring maintenance requests and leaving tenants to deal with crumbling apartments. Save yourself the headache and find a better place to live.
