Oscar was a great person to work with. We started selling our house late May with first buyer, then second buyer…it didn’t go through. And Oscar was our 3rd buyer. We had quite a few hiccups with the ownership documents but he was very patient and made it happened for us! Thank you so much! We highly recommend him.

Oscar Covarrubias left a note on my door saying,”we buy houses “, I was skeptical but curious, so I called him! He was such a pleasure to deal with and very polite , he assured me it was not a scam and we met up a few days later, everything was legit and even my dad gave me a thumbs up to proceed with the sale of my home! It was my 1st home and was still a work in progress but they bought it off me “As Is” and it made my life so easy, I was out of my Home within a month and was paid off immediately !!! Natalie was amazing. My house needed a complete remodel and being disabled I knew I could no longer do the work myself. I didn’t think anyone would buy my house for anywhere near what I wanted fir it. Natalie actually paid me the price that I was asking for.

I just got divorced and couldn’t get my ex wife to sign the judge ordered papers to transfer the name into my house. Natalies team was even able to get my wife to sign the papers when my lawyer couldn’t.

To top it all off Natalie knew that I was disabled and so she brought on a crew to help load my trailer.

Overall my experience with Natalie and her team was amazing. Natalie understood my issues and did everything to help make this a smooth transaction. Natalie and her team are the best.
