This dealership has been a huge pain. I came in a couple of days ago for them to handle an open recall for me. I waited for 2 hours, then I was given the paperwork saying the recall was performed but that I would still have a light on my dashboard due to other unresolved issues. After I diagnosed what those issues were and cleared them, I had codes showing up for the recall that they should have done. Either they didn’t do it properly or not at all—there is little evidence they even touched it. Since then I’ve called back twice and haven’t been able to speak to anyone. I left a voicemail yesterday and no call back. Today I called again and they said their service department is busy and the call dropped. 1 star is a little generous for this service.
