I spent months reading up various sources on infinite banking, and I had so many questions specific to my situation, which were very patiently answered by Erica and David. They had a wealth of knowledge on the topic, and went through different scenarios with me to help me understand and decide the best policy for my needs.
They are also incredibly responsive; They reply to emails very quickly, and action items on my policy are usually handled the next day, and they continue to provide support their clients' through the different channels (email, zoom meetings, etc). I spent a few years learning about the infinite banking concept and talked to several pros in the space. I met very few who were experienced at actually implementing it by investing in real estate. I also learned along the way how some salesmen were taking advantage of the fact that it's a complicated subject to try to sell me something that wasn't in my best interest (maybe theirs). Erica and David at Infinity Investment Strategies were different. They are not insurance salesmen selling you an infinite banking policy - they are real estate investors who use infinite banking themselves, and they happen to broker policies for others. They were very patient with me in helping to educate me further and find the absolute best policy for what my needs were. They also recognize that education is ongoing. They don't just sell you a train without the tracks... they stay with you after they have already provided their service to answer questions and guide you along the way. They have my highest recommendation. Talk to others in the space. Ask how many real estate deals they have closed using infinite banking. Ask them how long they have been doing it for. Ask them if stuffing as much cash as possible into a policy up front is better for you or for them. Ask what kind of guidance/ regular meetings they provide after you open a policy. Then talk to David and Erica. You'll notice the difference immediately.
