I’ve only been here for a week and I have had Izzy on management in SeaTac has been not great at all. Two days before moving in Izzy didn’t have anyone clean my apartment and told me I was going to have to wait until after the cleaners came in on my move in date to start moving in to my apartment I let her know that wouldn’t work for me and she hung up the phone which is very unprofessional. I’m being charged for parking and didn’t get to park in my spot for 5 days and had a tenant harass me and then threaten me because I was told to park in future resident parking. It then took management 5 days to talk to the tenant in my parking spot. Izzy let me know she spoke with them and when I got home I still had someone in my parking spot.to be having problems with my neighbors over parking is ridiculous and I feel unsafe when it could’ve been prevented if management would’ve made sure the parking was assigned correctly and handled in a correct time frame. Having two property managers assist with me with my lease neither of them were able to give me keys to the apartment on move in day. Lastly I requested a payment plan for my security deposit and was denied. By law in king county I can’t be denied for payment plan when asked and was told I was unable to move in until full payment was had. I would like for a regional or director reach out to me.

Heather Lagat with The Gallerie is a fantastic and consummate property manager. She is exceptionally responsive to any detail or concern and helped make my landing from a cross-country move very smooth and quite welcoming. The property is clean, safe, and well-appointed. The very few maintenance requests are addressed and fixed quickly. Thank you so much, Heather, for the hard work, genuine care, and dedication you show for the residents of The Gallerie.

i highly recommend Rai apartments!!! we love it here. we’ve been here for about 2 months, it’s very quiet. The property is well kept. We had the pleasure to work with Carina in getting our apartmeant. She’s very kind, understanding and patient. it was a process on our end but man did she help us with everything we needed. she took her time in making sure our home was perfect. she’s truly an amazing person and this property is truly amazing as well

I don’t know how they say. They are a five star property management company when they are actually the worst in Everett. I lived at the Eure apartments and it took them eight months to fix my water leak because they didn’t have permits from the city of Everett Code Enforcement I lived in another apartment when Williams owned it and I moved into a new apartment which was supposedly renovated and a week and a half after I moved in it flooded twice because the upstairs apartment that was renovated flooded down into my apartment. their management is the worst. I recommend that no one ever lives there ever, they are the worst property management and everything they break their own leases and then don’t even bother to make up for their mistakes

I've been living at the RAI apartments in Federal Way for about 6 months. I'm very pleased. It is great to have an individual property manager to work with, Carina. She is very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The last place I lived, you had to call the main number and listen to the prompts.

Highly recommend Rai apartments. We’ve been here for a little while now and no complaints. The apartment has a luxurious feel on the inside and our view is a beautiful scenery surrounded by trees. The landlord/manager Carina replies instantly & has helped us in anything we need. Move in process was quick and easy. Nice neighbors, it never gets too loud. Also, the location couldn’t be more perfect!

Heather Lagat is the most unprofessional building manager I’ve ever dealt with. When she realized I wasn’t renewing my lease, all contact became cold and impersonal. She showed up late twice to for end of lease walk through, and never apologized. One time she was 50 minutes late for our appointed time! No apology. Her tone on the walkthrough was very accusatory when discussing floor damage that had been previously noted by the former building manager. Further the Viola property has thin floors and walls, I legit could hear entire conversation from my upstairs neighbors.
