I live in Franciscan Hill Condos, in Valencia; my unit sustained interior drywall damage from the heavy rains during the last two winters. I have dealt with 3 different people at Infinity trying to get the interior damage repaired. They were all nice enough, but none took ownership, none followed through.

But then about two months ago I started dealing with a new rep at Infinity, Monica Smith. What a difference; she took ownership. Not only did I no longer have to bug Infinity for followups, but Monica regularly on her own followed up with me.

Thanks to Monica my repairs were completed on January 20th....

A good hire by Infinity.

The worst HOA company. They collect an outrageous amount of money from 50 units in my building and do absolutely nothing for us. They don’t take care of the building and on top of that collect special assessments for things they fail to fix on time. Currently they are asking each unit to pay almost $4,000 for a leak they neglected to fix for years. . Keep in mind this is on top of $620 they charge each of us every month for a property with no amenities. They are crooks! Stay away from this horrible company!

Reply: You mention the board of directors like they are the sole owners of the building or God. They don’t have the best interest of us, owners. They clearly don’t care about our building. Please don’t make me post pictures of the tiny spa you have in there with broken tile everywhere and on top of that never works. Even worse let’s talk about the dangerously cracked and broken concrete all around the property. In most parts of the building the broken ground pieces shake when you stand on it. It’s just a matter of time before someone falls and gets seriously hurt. The so called board of directors don’t see this? I don’t think you would want me to embarrass your company and the management of this building any further by posting pictures! And by the way, the gate you put in the guest parking garage, we, all had to pay also on top of our month assessment.

Our Board has been working with Ani Keshishian for the past year and that time has been turbulent … in a good way. Our entire board was new from the beginning of the Infinity contract and we were elected primarily to take care of a number of issues that needed attention, but had been left dormant too long. So Ani and the Board had a great deal of learning to do about our HOA and each other and it has gone very well in all respects She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She has helped us a great deal to meet the challenges that we have faced.

I do not understand someone could give them 5 star. These people are trash. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I have been a townhome owner for last six years and their service just keeps getting worse and worse. Lauren, the manager never had a good respond. She always left answering machine on...I had issue with water damage for last 9 month on my property. I had called them so many time (I can't even remember how many time, also please make sure you leave them a written notice) for this issue.
Finally 3 month ago, they sent the contractor and tear down my damaged dry wall and then they never put back new one. I kept calling them to finish the job. Always make excuses this and that.
I have 4 month behind of my HOA monthly fee because I had financial issue. They sent me a notice for lien on my property, so I paid a two month and about pay two month later. without proper notice, they sent my home to lien company. So I end up with two month HOA fee plus the process fee of $500 and other fee of $400 which I don't know.
Now Lauren Manager told me last week she will not finish repair my dry wall because I have behind payment for HOA.
Is this Joke...
This is not the only problem we have in my property and our community..there is so much more..
Before you contract with them, please be CAREFUL and make sure who you are dealing with. Once you are in, it is hard to get out. They had been doing this business for long time so they know how to get out any situation.
