Best. Realtor. Ever. I was so fortunate to have Jennie Wetter as my agent. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and patient! She puts her client's interests first -- not just selling us a house, rather selling (finding) a house that was right for US. Sis is also with the office and was very helpful! If I were to design the perfect realtor and the perfect real state buying experience I would design what Kathy and Linda have to offer. Jennie was recommended to us by a neighbor when we began the search to sell our deceased mother's house. From beginning to end, she was simply fantastic. I had the most fantastic team assist me on the selling of my house along with the purchase of a new one. As a disabled Navy Veteran, they knew all of the "ins and outs" of the VA Home Loan Programs and what would be available to make this process quick and painless. We have bought property through Brittney Bell AND have sold a home through Brittney Bell. She made both experiences unbelievably easy on us. She went above and beyond! She had our home staged, takes a smaller commission then most, posts on tons of websites, was clear and concise with all paperwork. She was available to answer emails and text messages at literally all times of the night. I work grave shift and am up all night, she sent paperwork to me at 1am, answered any questions I had within a reasonable time. She even went out of her way to schedule a junk removal company to remove some stuff out of the shed of the house we were selling AND paid for the service out of her own pocket! Can't speak highly enough of her, she was amazing to work with and I will be calling her and referring her for all my real estate needs as well as friends and family!
