Why does infirst Always ask me if I have a loan open with the bank they didn’t start asking that until recently. Why would they ask that if I don’t have a loan open? I find it kind of weird that in first is the only bank that has a sign, warning people About gift card scammers. I don’t know if I’m just on edge or what it might be.

Krista Kyte and her fellow employees at the King George, VA branch are amazing! Krista helped me reopen my membership with the credit union, in addition, she processed and approved both a Auto Loan and Credit Card Application on my behalf in less than an hour! The best part about the whole process; everything was done online. There was no need to step into the branch! Talk about real convenience!!! Thanks again Krista and InFirst FCU! You have a member for life!

For God sakes open your lobby! Employees can’t have contact with the public at the branch but can walk next door to five guys or Jersey Mike’s for lunch 🤷🏼‍♂️

Nothing but problems and people not knowing their own policies and this comes at your time and convenience. Hands down terrible will be closing account there. I do not recommend.
