Ingenious has been very accommodating and helpful about getting me moved in, set up (including providing a utilities concierge service that I ultimately didn't need to use, but which called to check up on me anyway). I am a recent client and I had a bad experience with Stephanie Gonzalez. I called several times with Stephanie and as of today she hasn't had the courtesy to return my phone calls yet whether it's positive or negative. As far as I am concerned, I believe she is unprofessional. I understand she might be busy but at least a ten second phone call would be appreciated.
