I just wanted to express how kind and amazing the Insignia office staff is. Xavier, Brittany, Kyle & Dakota, are top notch staffs! I always have a blast when coming in to talk to the office staff to get a quick laugh. They always make my day and if you are in the market for a new home, I highly recommend the Insignia Apartment Homes!! The property is very well kept up oh and did I mention that the office staff is amazing! 10/10!! Thank you guys for making this living experience amazing!

I've had a fantastic experience with the leasing office, especially Xavier and Britany. The team is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. From the leasing process to day-to-day living, they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and taken care of. The office staff is approachable and genuinely cares about the community, which makes a big difference. If you're looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live, I highly recommend Insignia!

Management is racist . They try to control people with their policies .Always trying to act like they’re doing the right thing but really they don’t. Our car was one of the four cars that were robbed here on the premises. Pls be aware that’s a common thing here they don’t want people to know. Came to find out their cameras weren’t recording that night. Again for a management who tries to control and say they care for their residents? Why the cameras not on if u care? Also considering it’s near the bar and the transit a lot of theft can happen here . I have always paid my rent on time and never had issues. Upon the 2 months of moving out we decided not to pay our money. The way we been treated here wasn’t right .They then turned around and scare us with saying we will be paying legal fees and stuff. Do not be scared know your rights and they can deal with it. They give no chances to people it’s all about the policies this and that . But every situation is different, very heartless hiding behind policies talking about corporation yes that’s what corporations all about CONTROL and they pick and choose who they like. U can’t control me

Living here, at the Insignia loop apartment complex , has given me the gift and opportunity of being a part of a calm and peaceful community.

It is clear that those who work here make it a priority to provide the tenants residing here , not only just a place to live, but a place to call home .

I admire this complex for many things, of which include:
1. their swift and reliable communication
2. their attention to detail regarding the maintenance and quality of living that is provided to those who have the opportunity to reside in this environment .

Not all- or many places even- are blessed with the compassion, security, and care that is gracefully provided to us tenants that live at insignia loop.

I do believe , and have seen for myself, that this complex goes above and beyond and out of its ways - in many ways more than one- to provide a liberty that I’ve found quickly and easy to acknowledge.

The staff hired to work here, effectively and respectfully, manage our homes. They have my utmost respect due to their hard work and effort , which tends to be consistently provided.

This place has everything you want, need, and more. If ever there comes a time where an issue or concern may need to be addressed, it is taken care of swiftly as well as with great care.

I have much regard for this place.

Before coming here , I’ve never had the privilege of living in an environment that provides such an abundance of care and consideration and I’m more than blessed to have been accommodated and welcomed with open arms. It is truly a virtue to call this place my home.

Everyone here are is very respectful and patient; words cannot express the extent of my gratitude.

I especially am happy to express my appreciation regarding the maintenance team provided here - specifically the staff member who’s been of much service to me personally, whose name is Kyle !

The entire team at Insignia Apartment Homes is amazing! The property is well-maintained, and everyone, except Lyin Lyonna, is super nice and always greets each other warmly. It is rare to find an affordable apartment home with great amenities and a property team that goes above and beyond to ensure all tenants are treated with dignity and respect. To address some other reviews, as a person of color, I can say categorically that the management team is not racist. When some tenants choose not to follow policies and procedures that everyone else abides by, they often play the victim card and place blame on those enforcing these policies. Five stars across the board! Keep doing a fantastic job. We all know the real story behind disgruntled tenants that are socially unacceptable.

RENTERS, BEWARE.
Lived here for two years with no issues, but my move-out experience was a nightmare. Despite leaving the apartment in pristine condition, they kept my full security deposit AND charged an extra $225 in comical fees. No response when I questioned it, just a bill. It's a shame because I really thought this was a great place, but this last bit feels like a scam.

Living here has been the best experience. This is the first time I’ve had an apartment and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I love going in just to chat with Brittany and Xavier. They love all of my animals and were supportive about getting them as ESA animals. They care about the property and their residents and maintains a healthy and loving environment. Kyle has always been on top of fixing everything and we’ve never had any issues with management EVER! The property is well maintained and close to all the stores you need. Prices are fair for being in the economy we are in. I would recommend living here and wouldn’t change a thing!!

Insignia Apartment Management are phenomenal, professional and extremely compassionate. During a time that I needed temporary housing, Brittany and Xavier worked to ensure that I could lease an apartment while my house was being built. They ensured that the property was move in ready and also took care of all of our work orders. When I moved they were very transparent regarding fees incurred. They always are dedicated to the safetyand security of tenants and treat you as if you are their family. Safe, close to bus transportation, close to the ferry and quiet location really made me enjoy my time while living there, Thank you for your profesionalism and makin g us feel welcome. If I ever needed to go back into apartment this would be the place I would go. Thank you!
