I've worked with Integrity for a few years now. I've found the entire staff very helpful and always respond to my needs and concerns. The property managers keep in contact with me and are great at communicating. I have found that when you pay rent on time and abide by the terms and conditions in your lease agreement, everything goes smoothly. They are fair in how they handle business. They consistently demonstrate the definition of Integrity!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY BREAK LAWS. There is an insane amount of things wrong with this company, mainly Sandy. She demands a walkthrough of your current rental( not one they manage at all) before moving forward with your application and does it knowing it is not legal. She has admitted to doing this to other potential tenants as well. They charged the previous tenant for a full carpet replacement (we are friends with the previous tenants as my step father has lived next door for 20 years) but as my family was going to rent the carpets have been the same for over 10 years. There is many outdoor cats in the neighborhood and at my family’s house Nextdoor who wander around and they stated in the lease my family refused to sign that if they saw any animals outside the property they would evict. You are not allowed any kids toys in the fenced back yard whatsoever. They only allowed a 6 month lease with over 4k in non refundable fees just for those six months. You are not allowed to have any guests park in your own driveway or they will have them towed. There is lead paint in the house. They require the lease to be signed before they allow any type of walkthrough to see the state of the house. Sandy is horrible to communicate with and does everything in her power to discriminate those she does not like. She will say she cannot get in contact with current landlord for rental history or employer for employment verification but does not even attempt to contact them. Do not even apply to rent as they just cash in with application fees and find everything they can to deny people so they can make more. My family was accepted to rent and were sent a lease but after looking it over there is a insane amount that is completely illegal and unacceptable and we are going to a completely different company and will be reporting this one to the housing authority. Multiple neighbors will also be putting up signs and blocking the road to prevent any other possible tenants from moving in/ warning them of these issues before they are taken advantage of. There is so much more I cannot fit on here but I am saying ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY SCREWED OVER.

I have never been treated with such disrespect. I would highly advise, no matter what situation you’re in to never rent from this company. They will steal your money. Sandy did nothing but talk terrible about the owner of the property how she thinks it’s a horrible investment and if she had that kind of money, she would run. That was my introduction into a $1.4 million unit. You could only imagine how it went from there on. Send kept advising me of how uninformed and uneducated. The owner of the condo was, and how it was so overpriced. Doing nothing but slandering the owner of the property that is paying her to manage it. I did not leave any bad reviews until I receive a utility bill for the month my lease was over. They would not let me turn off my utilities and purposefully charged it on My Account while it was vacant. Shady Sandy, shady company. I can write a book about my horrid experience with them as people and a company. Save yourself the gray hair and move on.

NO-INTEGRITY would be a more fitting name for this company! DO NOT LEASE from them if you can avoid it! We rented a property for close to 7 years and they were the worst property managers we've ever rented from. We were perfect tenants, never late on a payment once, we did most ALL of our own maintenance, and improved the condition and value of the home while living there.

Despite significant increases in the rental price yearly, our maintenance orders were repeatedly ignored. After multiple requests for serious issues, contractors that were sent out were mostly incompetent. Often, they would say they were “going to get a part” and we would never see or hear from them again which would start the cycle of requesting maintenance, all over again. One example of many is we had to live with a big hole in the wall due to a chronic hot water heater leak (with mold growing around it) that took years for them to finally patch. Left unresolved, were thousands of dollars in over-payments we made for water-sewer bills due to a chronic leak they would never diagnose or fix despite our many requests.

We complied with the terms of our lease despite their grave lack of service because we loved the location. The most blatant demonstration of their complete “Lack of Integrity” was when we moved out, after going above and beyond the terms they gave us for “Move-Out” instructions, which we completed in full, they not only WITHHELD (Stole) our large security deposit but had the audacity to give us a bill for several hundred more dollars for additional services that were COMPLETELY FABRICATED and without documentation or proof. We requested explanation for made-up charges, knowing they were false, but got none. RENTER BEWARE – This company has N0-Integrity and property manager, Sandy DeWitt, is especially unscrupulous, and without conscience.

Integrity Property Management has been our property manager for the past 10 years. I spent a long time trying to identify a property management company that met my requirements. We are extremely happy we went with Integrity.
Kiley has been our designated property manager since day one. She has been nothing short of phenomenal. We have had a few issues with our HOA, tenants, and maintenance issues. She has handled each situation fast and ensured everything was taken care of. We have been out of state for a few years and we have had a few different tenants. She has always found a new tenant immediately and we have never not have someone cover the rent. Additionally, she ensures we rent at a price that we like and is competitive enough to get a new tenant. We could not be happier with Kiley.
We have dealt with a couple other departments at Integrity and they have been extremely helpful as well.
This past year we had our first major maintenance issue. A faulty toilet leaked through the ceiling and flooded part of the downstairs. Close to $20,000 in damages. Kiley and her team were quick to ensure everything was taken care of. There have been a couple other small issues, but every time Kiley made an extremely stressful situation get taken care of. She really does care that our home is taken care of and we have good tenants.
We hope to be with her and Integrity for many years to come.
They are not the cheapest or the most expensive property management, but they have been worth every dollar.
We highly recommend Integrity Property Management for anyone that wants a company you can trust.

I had a positive experience renting from Integrity and working with Sandy Boldenow. I rented a duplex for about four years, doing my best to keep the place in good shape. At move out, I followed the checklist and received my deposit back in full. Can’t ask for much more than that.

This place is good to a very small extent.....if you want to make sure your property stays in good condition, DO NOT RENT THROUGH HERE! Our renter paid rent, but also had a dog that tore up the place. WE HAD to pay for all the damage. Almost $10k of work and the renter only got hit for $2k....THAT WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR almost 10 yrs later! Collections is not collecting. We had to TELL IPM to do an inspection. When the last one was done - the Integrity person took more pics of her dog than our property. Damage was hidden by obvious objects - like a nearly folded towel in the middle of the counter. 🤬🤬🤬

After reading some negative comments on here, I decided I had to speak up. My experience with Integrity was great. My property mgmt company changed to Integrity 2-1/2 years into my lease. I was nervous about that but they always took care of any issues that came up and they communicated well. When I moved out six months later, the process was very easy for me. I made sure the house was extremely clean and followed the list they provided. I worked very hard to clean everything I could and return it in even better condition. A couple weeks after my move out, I received my full deposit back. I've never had a company appreciate all of the work I put in, until Integrity. I would happily rent from them again and, in fact, will be looking in the next month or two for a rental. I'll definitely check their website first. Thank you, Integrity, for having true integrity.
