My recent experience with Toni Schneider is a buyer’s biggest fear. She’s the opposite of what integrity stands for after she switched a contract to no contingencies when it was negotiated up front with the buyer (my parents) to be contingent upon inspection. That deal fell apart due to the buyer’s ongoing health issues so even after the first mishap, I still stepped in & offered to purchase the property due to having extensive history with it. Toni’s second mistake was allowing her sellers to make contact with us after they hired her to be their representative. Due to high levels of stress that can come with buying & selling, a feud between the parties erupted & Toni was unable to bring my deal to the closing table. We’ve heard she’s questioning who buyers are that are interested in this property & disclosing our personal info (full name) to their realtor(s). In my opinion this is a prime example of unprofessionalism and the result of her sellers getting the best of her. Very unfortunate experience, best of luck to buyers who are interested in her listings.

RESPONSE GRANTED: The other negative reviews on here only validate mine. You can’t please everyone, but you can learn from each experience & apply it towards improving the next.

I’d be here all week if I talked about every tiny detail. I was never friends with the sellers, I just wanted to buy their house. I reached out years ago expressing my interest, but wasn’t even contacted when they listed it! Did I reach out to them when I found out? Yes! I asked if we could skip using a realtor & close with an attorney due to being preexisting & they opted not to. So from that moment forward we spoke directly to you, not them. Had it remained that way, we would all be toasting & celebrating on such a quick easy sale. But one phone call that your seller HAD TO HAVE with us blew everything up. And you, as their representative, sat back & let it.

How did I lie? I lied about absolutely nothing. And I never said sellers don’t have to know who’s in their home… what?! I said it’s unprofessional (and a privacy violation) to disclose our names to potential buyers.

We all suffered & it was completely avoidable had you been a stronger realtor. The sellers lost out on a guarantee cash buyer & have an aged listing now, we don’t have our family home & you’re left with negative reviews. Just do better next time!
