As I celebrate the first anniversary in my dream home, I have to give all the credit to Erika and her team. If it weren't for her savvy negotiation skills, I surely would have lost out to another buyer. Erika has been through a lot with me. I am a pretty high-maintenance client, especially when it's something as momentous as buying or selling a home. We met when she helped me sell my townhouse (full price sale before the market got supercharged). When the property I purchased to build my dream home became a nightmare, Erika worked for over a year to help me sell it.
